Oro Al-Andalus is a premium, healthy EVOO made from early harvest Picual olives, collected with love and dedication from our family farm, El Chantre, in the natural setting of the Ronda Mountains.
With a high fruity aroma, it presents clean aromas of fresh herbs, tomato, alloza, artichoke, and green
apple.
On the palate, it has a very pleasant and sweet entry, followed by a superbly balanced bitterness and
pungency.
As it is an early harvest oil, its greenish hues due to natural chlorophyll content create a spectacular
visual harmony.
Result Measures:
• 1st tasting at Decanter: High green fruitiness, with high astringency in the mouth.
• 2nd tasting in Vertical: Medium-high green fruitiness, with medium astringency in the mouth.
• 3rd tasting in Decanters: Medium-high green fruitiness, medium astringency in the mouth, aromas of
tomato, fresh herbs, and alloza.
• 4th tasting in Filtered Tank: Medium-high green fruitiness, low astringency in the mouth, aromas of tomato, fresh herbs, and green olive. Balanced, pleasant, clean, and full-bodied. High chlorophyll content visualized, resulting in an intense green.
