Alsur is a company dedicated to growing, producing and commercialising vegetables in preserved or frozen format. We have been supporting the quality, freshness, and flavour of what we harvest for more than 30 years.
We specialise in the production of artichokes, broad beans and peppers both nationally and internationally.
The group has 3 factories:
- Peru: One factory is located in Arequipa and another one in Cusco, and they are dedicated exclusively to growing, transforming, and exporting artichokes in preserved and frozen formats. By being in different geographical locations, we have harvest and production all year round, which allows us to be reliable suppliers, responding to the needs of all our customers.
- Spain (Antequera): Our facilities specialise in growing and producing broad beans and green beans, among other products.
