We are a cooperative formed by 300 farming families, with more than 30 years of experience in the goat sector, focused on the production of different types of goat cheeses, maintaining artisan techniques that allow us to give an exquisite flavour, with high quality standards.
Our aim is to make our Malaga goat’s milk cheeses, which offer an authentic taste and aroma from the south of Spain, known throughout the world.
As a cooperative, we are committed to local employment, the local economy, the environment and support for the primary sector.
